FinSpain is a business introducer in the real estate financing sector in Spain. We work with a network of partner banks to facilitate the connection between clients seeking mortgage loans and banks likely to offer suitable solutions.
Important: FinSpain is not a broker, does not provide financial advice, and does not make decisions on behalf of clients. Our role is strictly informative and administrative.
2. Data collected
We only collect data necessary to transmit your file to our banking partners:
Identity information (name, surname, nationality, etc.)
Contact details
Financial and asset data (income, debts, bank statements, etc.)
Supporting documents provided by the client (payslips, tax notices, notarial deeds, etc.)
3. Legal basis and consent
We collect and process your data with your explicit consent, formalized by a transmission mandate signed by you. This document authorizes us to use your data solely for analyzing your borrowing capacity and compiling the banking file.
4. Use of data
Your data is used exclusively to:
Verify the consistency and completeness of your file
Prepare and submit it to our partner banks
Facilitate contact between you and interested lenders
FinSpain does not make any automated decisions. Your data is transmitted as is, and you retain full control over the final bank selection.
5. Data sharing and retention
Your data is:
Shared only with potential lending institutions
Retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless extended with consent or required by law
Stored on secure servers compliant with GDPR and LOPDGDD standards
